| I had a lot of negative calories today. Will I just gain?
Breakfast- Special K cereal (no milk)-120 Exercise-Walked about 1/2 Lunch-Strawberries-Negative Exercise-250 crunches Snack-Popcor-120 Exercise-300 crunches. Soccer Practice. 500 crunches. Dinner-Bacco Burger-70 Exercise-500 crunches Snack-Apple-Negative
Total-310 calories.
School is ending and we are gonna have a lot of parties, which means a lot of food. Any advice?

| I am going on a mini-fast.
My mom and I had kind of a girls night thing and we ate out, sick I know. Some of my friends are like freaking out at me too, so I had to eat in front of them. I feel sick. I worked out this morning and I am going on a 2 day fast. Nothing but tea, water and diet coke.
